| Fill in your details and the mortgage market will
be searched personally, by a Financial Services Authority registered
intermediary, for the most competitive mortgage schemes. Your details
will be used to filter out those mortgages that you do not qualify for,
and only leave those that you do. He will then email written quotes back
to you as attachments so that you can print them off (please note:
hotmail addresses may not support attachments). This does not commit you
in any way, but at least you will know that your details fit the lenders
criteria ! You will not be credit searched as part of this process. If you wish, we can then help with arranging your mortgage, or remortgage, completely free of broker fees. If you need help with the form, or want to speak to a broker personally, phone 01242 248181 for assistance. We operate a "non advised" sales process, whereby you will be provided with
information on lenders and their products to enable you to make an informed
choice.
From time to time (holidays, training etc) we will divert your enquiry to
John Tibble, an Independent Financial Advisor (01242 248181), who will offer
you a "full advice and recommendation" level of service.
He also does not charge a fee for arranging and advising on mortgages. |
